Our little prince is so active! It is literally impossible for him to sit still for more than 3 seconds! We are so proud of our little boy and cannot believe he will be 1 in just a few short days! We had the entire family out this last weekend to help us with the wood floors! Thank you everyone for all your hard work! We were able to get the basement almost all boxed up...and we couldn't have done the wood floors without everyone's help! Nolan had a great time with both Grandma's oowing and jumping to his every demand.
Today we tried to eat our first real food...mac and cheese. Nolan was not so certain about it but seemed to do well. We also had some whole milk...that I believe caused him to throw up. He has such a finicky system. We will keep trying with the whole milk. Nolan's favorite foods are puffs, crunchies and cottage cheese. He also loves plain yogurt. Go figure, hes a dairy kid like his Daddy. And a salty eater like his Mommy. Nolan dislikes any type of solid fruit such as peaches but he loves baby food peaches...what a picky eater!
Nolan is pulling up like a pro, walking furniture piece to furniture piece, but he refuses to take his first steps. He can also stand for a quite a few seconds in the middle of the floor without holding on to anything. Nolan has just begun to LOVE books. His favorite are the flip books such as Dear Zoo! Nolan also LOVES balls and bubbles and to swing. He is such a happy baby now a days! We are so lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful and happy baby. He smiles and laughs more than any other child I have seen. He is our little miracle and blessing.
